It is the intent of Nebraska Youth Center and Emergency Shelter Care Residential Program to provide a safe, nurturing environment where a youth in “crisis” can find acceptance and redirection to assist them in resolving issues. We will strive to provide opportunities to positively change behavior patterns that will outline their future. Young people will be encouraged to discover a purpose and positive direction for their life that will allow them to function successfully within the mainstream of society.
